Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, with the following options:

Within Sweden: Free standard shipping on all orders.
International Shipping: Available to all countries. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, destination, and selected carrier, then automatically added to your total at checkout.
Local Pickup: Free pickup is available for any listed painting in Majorna, Gothenburg, Sweden. Simply select the pickup option at checkout and we’ll coordinate a convenient time.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of Caramba’s original artwork.

Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the painting within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange a painting for another available work of equal or greater value within 14 days of receipt. You cover return shipping, and we will ship the new piece (free within Sweden; international shipping fees apply).
Local Pickup: Items collected in Majorna, Gothenburg, are not eligible for return or refund, as you have inspected the artwork in person.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and photos of the artwork. We’ll guide you through the simple process.

Note: As each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind creation, availability for exchange depends on current stock.
